Printmaking with Key Stage 1. Day 3 – Printing with jelly



Miss Pensom had found a really exciting way to make a printing bed that you can ink up, lay your stencils on and then take prints off.  It is made from gelatine, the type you find in the cake making/desert section of the supermarket.  After many experiments I came up with our own version which is made from jelly and smells gorgeous when you are printing with it!


The children absolutely loved this.  Here are some of the beautiful results…
